Floors And Staircase
Our triple layered massive wooden floors are produced by the Czech company Pechar. Manufactured in the Czech Republic and made from European wood, these floors are made to last a lifetime. To complement these remarkable floors, we collaborate with the family-owned local company Jelinek Interier to create stunning staircases that blend seamlessly with the overall style of your home.
Windows And External Electric Sunblinds
To contribute to our shared sustainability goals, we have carefully chosen a window manufacturer who is in keeping with our philosophy of excellent design and cutting-edge technology. Our triple glazed windows achieve the highest standard on the market. The external electric sunblinds which are standard in all our homes are provided by the Czech company NEVA and manufactured in the Czech Republic
Roof Covering
For the final roof covering we chose Scandinavian design, quality and durability in the form of the renowned Finnish company Ruukki. We selected a roof design which enables easy and simple installation and operation of solar panels. By 2026 Ruukki will be the first to offer fossil-free products for roofs and walls. Our roof design, material and color allow the photovoltaic panels to integrate seamlessly into the roof, maintaining the overall aesthetics of the home. Ruukki
