Ventilation system with heat recovery and cooling
Our houses are airtight, the ventilation system ensures constant flow and exchange of exhaled air with fresh filtered air from outside. Thanks to the recuperation, you do not lose heat or humidity when exchanging air. At the same time, thanks to the filters, we prevent the flow of dust, pollen and allergens into the house. Using CO2 sensors, the ventilation system ensures fresh air for individual rooms. In the summer, it will bring significant cooling and dehumidification of the incoming fresh air.
Heating
We have partnered with Fenix, a leading Czech company specializing in residential heating solutions, to bring you the most comfortable modern electric underfloor heating.
Hot water
In modern low-energy or passive houses, hot water heating represents a larger item of energy consumption than heating, which is why we chose a system with an integrated heat pump. It is a fully autonomous and structurally simple device. This smart choice ensures an efficient way of heating hot water.

Photovoltaic system
At ZEO, all our houses are equipped with a top-quality photovoltaic system as standard. We already comply with the EU directives that prescribe the installation of solar panels by 2030, saving you future costs. With our 8.6 kWp photovoltaic system, we strive for zero net energy consumption.
Electric car charger
All our garages are equipped with provisions for electric car charging ports, seamlessly connected to your own electric supply generated by the PV system.
